Ideals outlined in the Constitution Preamble
1) Form a more perfect union-The idea that states will work together as a unified nation, not as states that are separated
2) Establishing justice- It is required that law will be applied fairly to every American
3) Ensure Domestic tranquility-The government can ensure domestic tranquility, or, peace and order
4) Promote general welfare- The government promises the general welfare, or in other words the well being of the citizens
5) Secure the blessing of liberty- The goal to protect the liberty or freedom of Americans
